Refunds & Returns

At Mountain West Brass, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return an item. The following is our Refund and Return policy:


Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable Items: Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include gift cards, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us by phone or email.

 

Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
